Very smooth and easy going. Asked pretty standard questions for the interview and accept people from all different professional backgrounds. Do not need a college degree and have many different forms you can do your interview.

It was super laid back yet professional. I distincly remember the question, "Tell me 10 ways that you would use a pencil."
Overall, it was fun, laid back and professional.
