Very Informative and very relaxed firstly i met with Paul and then met his brother Mark i found them very proffesional from the start . I was ask to explain my prevoius job roles and experinces that i had.

Have one interview with the H.R lady,then if you are successful with her a second interview with her again plus Paul or Mark the owners,then they go out of the room leaving you alone to discuss if he likes you.
