Question 1
You were informed system went down last night and files were now being restored. A customer calls and is upset there is no file access as work cannot get done. You are asked to resolve this situation with the interviewer through role playing.
Thorough and very informative. Three interviews with various staff members. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Explained duties and work environment as well as job tasks and expectations. Several team members interviewed.

Easy interviews. Scheduling and feedback were prompt. Technical rounds with MCQs. Other interview rounds from TL, Manager all the way up to Senior Director. Technical expertise required during the interviews is not thoroughly required for the actual position. However, the candidate is looked out for their ability to solve problems and attitude
