The process is fast and professional. I applied on the company website. A week later, I got a call from an HR person to schedule an in-person interview with Sr.Director. The director is very nice and he knows the company very well. Unfortunately, I got a phone call next week told me that they won't able to hire an international student or candidate from another country because they cant sponsor for the H1B visa. I really respect that they tell me the true reason why I got reject.
