I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alma in Aug 2022
Interview
First, I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter. Then, she sent me a case study - for mock tickets. Almost like if you were doing actual tickets that customers might write in about. I had 72 hours to finish this.
Once I passed that, I did 3 back-to-back interviews with the CX Manager, CX Associate, CX Team Lead, and an Operations Associate. (1.5 hours)
It all seems a bit intimidating. But it isn't! The zoom calls were structured around behavioral questions, but they still felt conversational. As if you're talking to a friend. I assume Alma tries their best to pick the best candidate. I know behavioral questions can be mundane, but there are some interesting ones that make you go "Hmm.." and of course, they're so patient while you answer or if you can't think of one you can provide an example instead. (Thank you for that!)
I usually fret multiple interviews, but everyone has been timely in response and follow-up. They're hiring about 15 of us, so I get interview delays and allocating for multiple people/schedule time zones.
From the time of my application till now it's been about 4 weeks. Today was the last day of my interview, so I'm waiting to hear back. But I'll put it down as no offer for right now. Even if I didn't get an offer, the experience has been amazing! (The case study was fun to do because it gives you a dive into what you'll do as a CX Associate)

Interview
Time from application to interview request: 3 days
Process: recruiter interview, written case study, interview with Director of CX, interview with CX Associate, interview with Insurance Operations Team Lead.
The overall interview experience for me was positive and professional. At times in the interview it was like having a conversation with a friend. Very relaxed, but structured. Responses between interview sequences were very timely. Timing was two weeks, three days from request for first interview to offer received.
