Very standard phone HR screen. Had a meeting with the hiring manager to describe my experience. Then was brought onsite for an in person presentation. The audience was engaged and asked great questions. Overall the people seemed very nice.

The interview process consists of several stages: an initial phone screen, a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, and finally an on-site visit that includes delivering a seminar and participating in detailed interviews with various team members.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alnylam (Boston, MA) in Aug 2022

It started with an initial phone screen with HR. Phone interview followed by a multiple virtual interviews with different people in different teams who I was supposed to work with. I also had to give a talk to showcase my research skills.
