Aloha Technology Angular interview questions

The company HR called me directly for the interview in company. In this company they take many rounds of interview like in general they take first written aptitude test then 2nd technical round 3rd HR round 4th manergerial round and again last 5th will be technical round . I don't understand why they take many rounds. Company don't want the perfect communication they want you be good in technical knowledge.
