The Owner called me on my personal cellphone number and asked if I had time for an interview. He proceeded to interview me by phone. Asked me about myself and my experience in the field I was applying to. He asked me what I was looking for as a job. He then asked me to go work two days later.

manager called and we chatted, met with manager at the store, then met with Alon. it was an easy process. you might have to travel to sister stores to interview.
