Interview
You have to bring in a resume for the interview. Must dress in business attire. The interview lasted about 3 hours. The first part of the interview is to take a performance test. With the performance test, you act as if you are taking a call. After the performance test is done, you are given a score. If you pass the test, then you will proceed to your first interview. If the first part goes well, then the second interviewer will come in to interview you. They usually let you know if you are hired on the spot.
