I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Feb 2015
Interview
Too long and tedious, it was not what I expected as an interview. It seemed as they did not filter with the interview and I was keep idle for too much time. I was interviewed by three different people and I felt it wasn´t a dynamic interview.
I felt that the company in that time which was West, needed people because there was people who didn´t have very much computer skills and and were hired, I didn´t have any drug test either.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
If I spoke English and Spanish and if I had any experience as a CSR for what I said that I have a 32 experience in Hotel Business.
Mi experiencia fue muy positiva. La entrevista fue amena y de forma presencial, en la cual te hacían algunas preguntas básicas y analizaban tus respuestas. Todo comenzó con una convocatoria rápida tras postularme por una plataforma de empleo.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Alorica (Juan Díaz, Panamá) in June 2025
Interview
First they called me so I could talk with a representative, and after that call and answering a little questionnaire, I answer to their call, They ask me simple things like why I wanted to work there, if I´ve went through any difficult situation, How would I manage to solvea problem if the other person is angry. It was a really chill interview, They said that I need to do another interview, this time with a client, wish me luck.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Alorica (El Paso, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Easy interview process, took a month after getting offered before starting though, other than that everything went smooth. During the interview they want o get a feel for how good at conversing you are as well as the verbage / professionalism that you user and display.
