      Laptop Technical Support Representative Interview

      12 Nov 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Greenville, SC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Greenville, SC) in June 2014

      Interview

The interview process starts with a group written knowledge test to determine what you know about computers and networking. The test is very basic and doesn't have to be passed with flying colors at all. After the skills test comes a customer service "what would you do" test and a personality quiz that is common for current customer service positions. Afterwards is the in person interview and mouth swab drug test. All in all, the process was pretty simple and straight forward.
