I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Newport News, VA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Upon arrival, I checked in at the desk and signed in. The first thing I noticed was many people waiting in the lobby. The entire process took up my lunch time until late afternoon.
To begin the process, there were assessments: typing, data entry, and listening skills. That didn't take long.
Afterwards, I was escorted to the lobby and later interviewed.
The lady who interviewed me was professional and made me feel at ease. I got the idea that it was a fair place to work and that employees were happy.
Also, it was encouraging to hear about their base wage and bonuses.
Sadly I didn't get the job. I received an email within a day or so.
Good luck.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Alorica
Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
