I applied in-person. I interviewed at Alorica (Greensboro, NC) in May 2016
Interview
It was about 2 hours. You have to sign in, fill out reference sheet, then you go do a typing test. If you pass that then you get an interview with the recruiter and a supervisor from the department you're gonna be working in. If you get hired then you come back for orientation. Easy to get hired so don't get nervous.

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
