We were matched with an associate on the floor and got to see exactly what the job entailed. And we were encouraged during the interview we got to ask any questions we had about the company or any questions we had about what we saw while we were on the floor.

Interview
You enter your information in the computer for final application and admission, after a while, a human resource manager asks you a couple of questions and to get to know you better. They want to know what kind of person you are. If Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking), they ask you to read a script in Spanish to see how well it is and if you can help people with proper manners.

Interview
Contacted quickly after applying, interview and testing next day. Application was available in the office on their computers also. Initial interview was very basic with HR then second with supervisor more job oriented. Basic computer testing asking you to listen to a mock call and navigate computer screens correctly and chose from multiple choice what you'd answer to the customer. Some projects require a UA or mouth swab drug test and some don't.
