I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Orlando, FL) in May 2012
Interview
After the Initial phone interview, I was asked to follow up with an on site interview. Basic aptitude, typing and computer knowledge were tested. I was interviewed first by the HR person, who asked me general questions about past work history, etc. and then had an interview with one of the team managers who asked more detailed questions about my phone sales experience, if I could stand sitting in one place for an extended period of time... etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was surprised by how often they asked me if I thought I could sit in one place for hours at a time! I later found out most projects require you to sit for 8 hours or more, with only 2 ten minute breaks and a half hour lunch!
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Portmore) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process involves a virtual interview after which if you are considered you will be called in for a face to face interview. The process is relatively easy as long as you are prepared.

Question 1
What qualities about you makes you a good candidate for the job
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (Mesa, AZ) in Feb 2017
Interview
Standard face-to-face interview with hiring manager. She asked standard questions.
The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was led back to the HR office where I was informed that I had "passed" the interview. She literally hired me on the spot. I then proceeded to endure a 4 hour "on boarding" process. My start date was delayed due to the timing of the training course; was completed within 2 to 3 weeks.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Alorica (Reno, NV) in June 2014
Interview
They ask you to navigate their web page then they have you listen to a call then review it. Then ask you regular questions. It was an easy interview process, done mainly on a computer.
