Relatively easy. Asked about my experience and just spoke with me about the position. Hired during the interview with the start date a month away. Did not stay due to personal reasons.

I was called in for an interview. I arrived almost an hour early took two assessments and was then called in the back for an interview. I was asked four or five questions then was told I would hear back from them regarding a second interview. I didn't see that as a good sign as Alorica usually does both interviews the same day. I've been hired for them before and the process was one day. Unfortunately I was not able to accept back then. Now I have to wait nervous all weekend to hear back. Fingers crossed.
