Interview
It was a group interview and we were asked to sale something, anything. Their were 3 of us in the room. We all took turns saying something. I pretending that I was at my last job and I sold Internet to the Interviewer. I was the first to go and everyone else followed my lead. We all were hired on the same day. None of us stayed long with this company. We had 22 in our training class and it was a 4 week training class. The trainer was very bad. All of us left after 6 weeks with this company. We all were going to job interviews for other companies during the 4 week training and found better jobs else where.

Interview
Everyone gets hired, there is only one way that you won't get hired and that is if you were a privious employee and quit or got fired , no pre requisits needed
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Cutler Bay, FL) in July 2016
Interview
It was short and informative but it was very weird. I felt as though the questions I was being asked had not much to do with the job and its requirements. Also, it just felt as though no matter how I answered a question, they'd hire whoever they want with a blindfold on. Everyone is likely to get a job at this company so it is perfect for someone with no job or school, or anything that takes up a lot of time in their day. It's long hours, but you do get rewarded with the pay and commission if you do well.
