These people contacted me for test lead position in a huge organisation. They called me and immediately scheduled the interview. I performed well and so tried to reach out to the consultancy but they were rude and did not respond to me properly. Then they dint pick my call and there was no update. Two weeks later I was contacted by the HR of that organisation itself and she scheduled the second round telling me that I cleared the round. The consultancy people were not involved in the process at all after that. After scheduling the first round of interview the consultancy people do not respect the candidates and they are rude and irresponsible to follow up on the status of our application.
