I was interviewed as a junior ( the role required medior to senior) The interview was quite dull and random questions were poping out from time to time(things non technical i've been dealing with) . They described the role and thing that are going to do as an organization and never mentioned things that they actually provide. A bit unorganized interview. When it comes to salary payments It's almost like the public sector. It refered to "single payroll" which means around 850 net. (for a medior System Administrator) I was actually rejected from the interview due to Not completed Degree (pending 1 course)

It was smooth with very professional personnel. The chat was in "friendly" mode, so that helped to not have stress during the interview. Lasted around 30 minutes and they answered me any question I had.
