The interview was with questions of DCF, LBO, Company comparison valuation, M&A case studies, and questions on pitchbook etc. The interview was easy-going, and the employer is nice and patient.

Explain the formula of DCF with a specific example
A long process with heavy tech questions, should be prepared to be asked DCF, LBO and M&A relative questions. Try to be calm and confident and answer all questions. It is good to talk with the manager.
