Online assessment, HV, Zoom interview with manager, AC, final round. Rejected after final round- feedback throughout was really helpful except for final round. Even the person you coordinate with did not understand the reasoning that was given- be wary- just try to be the best you can.

Interview
The Alpha FMC interview process is very smooth, characterised by clear communication and structured steps. The people were very nice, there was an aptidute test there was a numerical test to start with then an interview with a senio manager - which was a video interview.

I had 3 rounds. First one was 30 min behavioral. Second one was an online superday with individual and group case presentations. Last one was a final round with a senior partner at the firm.
