I applied online. I interviewed at Alpha Innova (Cardiff, Wales) in June 2017
Interview
Okay so firstly if your applying to this company be warned these jobs are all sales related!
No matter how well they sell it, it boils down to selling for charities and other companies on the street; so if this isn't for you, as it wasn't for me, the don't even bother with the interview.
Okay so firstly they're going to ring you and this is like a pre-interview, and then your brought in for a 'meet and greet' in which you should be as confident and as chatty as possible.
Then comes the invite for the applicant day, this is the part that I would not bother with unless you want a job in sales. It starts at 8:30 in the morning, they'll pair you off with one of their sales team, then make you travel out of Cardiff and pay for your own train ticket; the person you're paired with will constantly remind you that they can send you home at anytime, and it was at this point that I decided to call it a day and travel back to Cardiff.
I did not stay for the whole applicant day, so I can't speak for the rest of it but I had no interest in street sales so I left.
To be honest I should have listened to the other reviews on here, and I would have saved myself two days.
