It was a 4 question process with their software. They asked what alphasights does, why I want to work for alphasights, what other jobs I applied to and another that i cannot remember.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
