Interview
The process is quite lengthy but HR get back to you very quickly after each round - first, you fill out an application form, and are then invited to partake in a video interview and write motivation statements for why you want this role in this company. If successful, you are invited to an interview with HR, then later 2 separate interviews with company managers in which you carry out case studies, and finally an interview with the MD.

Explain in your own words what AlphaSights does and how their business model works.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
