Instead of the 60 minutes interview which was scheduled, the HR manager - who was fairly young - managed to be 10 minutes late to our Google Hangout meeting (did not apologize for it either) & told me after 20 minutes the interview was already over. She also did mention how well the interview went and informed me already by the end of the interview about the next steps. Even though I felt like the conversation couldn't have gone better in terms of me answering the questions, presenting their business model and competitors etc. I was rejected via an automated email response without any further explanation, some days later.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers. Questions focused on customer service experience, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and situational scenarios. The process was professional and well-structured, with opportunities to ask questions about the role and company culture.
