Straight forward behavioral and resume-based interviews with mock role play in final rounds as if you were a customer services associate interacting with a new client. Initial screening round consisted of a pre-recorded video interview where your answers to 5 basic questions are recorded and later reviewed.

Describe our business model? What is your ideal breakdown percentage-wise between sales and analysis?
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers. Questions focused on customer service experience, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and situational scenarios. The process was professional and well-structured, with opportunities to ask questions about the role and company culture.
