I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
Not so nice experience. Applied online, got called back within 3 days to take online interview. There were 4 videos questions and we need to record it. Few days later got email again and said I passed and got a phone interview by another recruiter. The interviewer was late for more than 10 mins and her attitude was not friendly at all. The interview took 15 mins long.
The interviewer seems like didn’t really understand her own company by asking question like what is “Alphasights?” and I answered “It’s one of the best Information Service Company” and she said wrong, it was “Knowledge Service Company”. The fact that it was clearly stated on their website “Information Service” made me realized she didn’t even check her own company’s website to understand her own question and nitpicking over non-difference answer.
Also despite answering all questions with confidence and a lot of preparation, I was rejected without any feedback. It was confusing and the most unpleasant experience interview ever.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
