The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY)
Interview
Absolutely horrible. It was a 2 month+ process with no one seeming to know what they are doing. AlphaSights is not transparent with what the associate role entails which probably explains the 50% turnover.
The interview process is also extremely unrealistic.
Started with the pymetrics test, recruiter call, a 2-hour long behavioral/ situational interview, and then an interview with the VP.
All people interviewing you will be young and only have AlphaSights as their experience. Overall, they wasted my time, and as a company is wasting an insane amount of money and resources conducting these month-long interview processes.

Question 1
If AlphaSights didn't exist what company would you go work for tomorrow?
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
