Round 1. video simply behavioral questions, guess there is no need to over-prepare for this one. just be confident and watch out for the time limit Round 2 HR interview. lasted for an hour, very pleasant conversation about previous experience and motivation for applying this firm. I'd suggest think about your stories and present the answers in a logical and engaging way.... engaging dont be so dull Round 3. I was given a case study a few days prior to the interview. its important to deeply understand how the run their business in order to complete the case. After the case, there was a senior associate grilled every aspect of me to see if i am motivated enough i guess. I dont really think preparing for the questions per sa makes lots of sense. what they asked is really spontaneous and related to your mindset. Prepare your stories is more important I think. total lasted for 2 hours.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
