I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in July 2024

it has few steps include online test -1interview- 2interview and final interview online test include the character test questionnaire, it took about 20 minutes to finish it, which is very easy.
The process consisted of a 5-minute phone screening, an initial 30-minute online interview and then a super day with a case study at the office. Overall, it was a positive experience, with standard questions and very friendly people. Questions were similar in the last two rounds.

It was a 1v1 interview. The interviewer was quite kind. Asked some common questions since it was the first round of the interview. I was also asked some competency base questions.
