after online application, first round is video interview. Hirevue video interview, ask 4 questions. every questions only have 30 seconds to prepare, I think it is tough. Luckily I just received an email said I progressed to the next round. All competency questions.

Pretty simple. Pay close attention to the information pack they give as this outlines most of the work. Other than that just standard behavioural questions. Try and speak to one of the current team members for better idea of day to day work.

4 stages. Initial phone screening, 1-hour interview with someone from the talent acquisition team, case study simulating a work brief, and a final interview with a senior manager about your background and future ambitions.
