When I interviewed it was 4 rounds. Recruiter, Manager, Manager, Vice President. They are gauging your social skills (e.g. empathy, humility, communication) and your interest in business. They are also gauging your knowledge of the role and what AlphaSights really does, which is connect industry experts to clients on phone calls. Their main issue is high turnover, so they are earnestly aiming to find young people who are eager to learn about business, client service, or financial services. These candidates will stay motivated longer, ideally longer than 12 months.
