Introduction: The interviewer will typically start with a brief introduction of themselves and the interview format.
Questioning: Expect a mix of behavioral, situational, and technical questions. They might ask you to elaborate on your experiences, explain your skills, or discuss how you handle challenges.
Example questions could include:
“Can you tell me about a time you overcame a challenge at work?”
“Why are you interested in this role?”
“How do you prioritize your tasks?”
Your Questions: Toward the end of the interview, the interviewer will likely ask if you have any questions. This is your chance to gain insights into the company and role.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
