20 minute phone screening with an HR representative and then an hour long with a manager of the Client Services team. This one was a case study and I was in contact with a recruiter who gave me advice. Still not sure what I did wrong but didn't make it to the next round.
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
