Interview
Got the onsite interview from a recruiter. It is a small prop shop with around 10 people for fixed income products trading. They more care about if you can stay in their firm forever. The partners said that they wanted to create a good environment for its employees so they can keep them forever. Most questions are behavior questions, like what's your life style, what's your achievement etc. The senior quant there is a smart and nice guy. He asked some very practical questions and let you to think a way to solve it.
