I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alphanumeric Systems (Raleigh, NC) in May 2016
Interview
Easy, short, basic questions about customer service, basic computer knowledge. Mostly the interviewer explained the details of the contract, the expected call volume, the shifts available, and the location. They appeared to be seeking quite a few people for an anticipated uptick in support calls due to an upcoming software go-live, so the interviews were quick and basic.

Interview
The working hour is odd, they want you work in midnight. The interview was bad and he didn’t know what are study permit and work permit. At the end he said I seems have difficulty communicating with others??? I wouldn’t recommend this position.

Interview
I had two interviews, all the people there were really friendly and honest with me, since the expert analyst and the manager as well. The first interview was a good evalution of my experiences and about Helpdesk work, after that a writting test and finaly another interview to confirm my interest in the job.
