Two part interview process. First interview is with the principal or vice principal. More question based.
Second interview, you create a mock lesson and teach it in front of a panel and also do a mock intervention meeting in front of a panel. This panel could be thee principal, vice principal, team you will be on, etc.

I met with several teachers on the team. The process was great. They asked questions to get to know me, as well as questions about my teaching style. I was able to learn about what makes their school special.
