The biggest red flag of all interviews. Multiple rounds of interviews up to 8 rounds. Furthermore, the recruiter took a one month plus gap to follow up on the next date, the recruiter basically went complete silence and only when I followed up, only then my application was moving, had I not follow up, it would have been crickets. Multiple rounds of interviews and an incredibly rude experience for the last round with the Founder. She actually left mid-interview, as I was speaking, and coincidentally rejoined (there was no technical issue, she just left the virtual interview as she wished, and rejoined when she felt like it). I just wished this company would take into account the time and effort taken by the candidate as well. Be kind Alta.
