Total four rounds of interview went really well including the initial screening wit the HR, met the director on second round she was so sweet and knowledgeable, i rejected it because it is not a E-verified company.

Interview
I was interviewed 6 times for the sales rep role. The first two were with the company owners/founders and then I interviewed with other managers below them, ending with the one that would be directly above me. They told me they wanted to work with me multiple times but ghosted me at the end. Not sure why you'd need the approval of a lead after you have the approval of the company owners, but whatever. Ended up being a huge waste of my time. Also, only one person that interviewed me actually knew how to conduct an interview. I felt like they all asked questions that were bad for gauging my skills or relevant experience. I felt like I needed to take over the interview and represent myself how I wanted rather than answering flat questions that went nowhere. This company definitely didn't have an HR or much professionalism, just some buds that started a company and hired some people.

Interview
Initially, I recall having several conversations over the phone. When there was further interest, we arranged several Video interviews with Managment team. Several Phone interviews on the first run, including interviews with both hiring managers.
