AltaFlux interview questions

The interview process was a complete mess. I got a call from a recruiter for the Associate Consultant position. I was interviewed by the director of the company, HR, and CEO in a week. I was promised to give an offer letter. I waited for one month and followed up with them repeatedly. In between, an employee interviewed me without prior information and called straightway on the phone. After a month, I received the rejection mail. Overall, I had a terrible experience with the interview process. the management is pathetic in providing update.

More details of the job were given during the interview and varied extensively from what was advertised. Looks like they were trying to hire one person who can fill all the GAP's created by lately hired roles. Believe there must be a lot of politics in this work environment or the team does not support each other very well. Interviewer does not mind to provide feedback as promised but asked to reach her again and again by telephone. She does not pick up the phone either and her voice mail box is full. Pay will be $65/hour all inclusive and relocation.
