The interview process was somewhat disorganized and intense. I had two separate interview rounds scheduled on the same day with very short notice. Each round involved two interviewers, making it a total of four interviewers in a single day. The recruiter had initially promised to call me with feedback and to discuss scheduling, but this didn't happen. Instead, I received an abrupt interview invitation without prior consultation. Throughout the process, the recruiter wasn't proactive in setting up the schedule or keeping me informed. This lack of communication, last-minute planning, and the intensity of back-to-back interviews with multiple interviewers made it challenging to prepare adequately and left a negative impression of the company's hiring process.
