I had an interview in person , it was a group interview. The manager was very friendly and actually engaged and listened to all of us. This job does actually interview you though , most interviews I been to don’t really ask much but you will be asked questions at this one.

My interview process at Alter'd State was very casual and welcoming. It was a group interview with two other candidates and lasted about 30 minutes. The interview focused on getting to know us rather than asking difficult technical questions. We were asked basic behavioral questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "Describe a time you had to overcome an obstacle." The atmosphere was relaxed, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
