Altara interview questions

A long lengthy explanation of the job which was not very encouraging. Then we were individually interviewed. Asked a brief summary of experience. I mentioned I had been cabin crew before and was told I had the look?? Very odd what is that look?? No role play or group assessment but a long time sitting around the table chatting to other candidates. At the very end they checked everyone's height.
