Meeting with current directors at facilities and regional leadership. Tours of interested facilities in the area. Minimal discussion of salary and benefits but focus on operations and facility level information. Had a great dinner that was informal and welcoming. Not at all intimidating.

Interview was thorough and informative. The interviewer gave a really good impression about the company and its principles. However, not long after the new CRO came, his pets joined and everything the company represented became questionable.
