The interview was process was very quick and easy. I had 3 rounds of interview Initial Screening, Technical and HR. I completed the interviews in 3 days and got the offer letter on the 5th day. I am quite happy with the process as it was very quick and the team was very helpful and responsive during the process.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was with HR, focused on assessing the alignment between the role and my profile. It was more of a formal introduction and a discussion about expectations from both sides.
The second round was with the Tech Lead and was entirely technical. The conversation delved deep into my previous work and explored my technical knowledge in detail. This was, without a doubt, the most challenging part of the process.
The final round was with the Regional Manager and included a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
Overall, the interview process was well-structured and moved smoothly. I appreciated the prompt feedback provided after each round, which made the entire experience transparent and engaging.
