Interview
The hiring process was very formal. The company gives a Wonderlic Test in order to evaluate a type of IQ level. Each prospect must score a certain range in order to be considered for a position regardless of background or experience. A pesonality test is also used.

Interview
Took a while to get an initial screening interview. That was followed by online testing. The in-person panel interview was rushed and not engaging. It was at this point that I knew this was not the work environment for me.
