Very straightforward. The interviewer looked at my resume and asked questions based on the previous experiences that I listed. Did ask about my "long term" vision with the company. Asked about conflict resolution, the basic stuff
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alumni Hall (Louisville, KY) in May 2013
Interview
I applied in-store by asking an associate for an application. The manager went to the back and got me one. I filled it out and turned it in the same day, saying they'd call me for an interview. About a week later, I got the call and scheduled the interview for the next day. The manager looked really surprised that I wore a nice dress and heels, so I'm not exactly sure if I was supposed to wear anything different. It was a one on one interview outside the store, which lasted 10 minutes. She only asked me about 3 questions, and said she'd call me by the end of the week. She also said that there were 5 people competing for 2 spots. I never received any call back, despite my attempts to contact her, so I guess I didn't get the job.
