Quite possibly the most unprofessional interview experience I've interacted with. They ghosted multiple interviews, showed up 15 minutes late, brusk, unapolgetic emails, then ghosting again after explaining the next steps of the process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alumni Ventures
Interview
Applied online. A recruiter called to schedule an interview for the following week. We had a positive conversation leading to a second phone interview with the Managing Partner of the underlying AVG Fund. Both interviews were fairly easy and conversational, focusing mostly on my past work experience and interest in working in venture capital. Unfortunately, after sending polite follow-up emails to the interviewers and following up with the recruiter, they ultimately ghosted me. I understand this is increasingly common for millennial HR folks, but it's unprofessional (this is not some dating app), reflects poorly on their organization, and I will call it out.

Why do you want to work for AVG? What stands out about our approach to venture capital?
