      Case Manager Interview

      12 July 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience

      Application

      I interviewed at Alvis

      Interview

Apply online for posisition, an in person interview gets scheduled and then a quick return on if you are hired or not. Pretty standard process. Typical questions so it wasn’t as nerve racking as other situations may be

      Anonymous employee
      Columbus, OH
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alvis (Columbus, OH)

      Interview

Seems to be easier to get an interview when you know someone or when you already work there and are just applying for a new position. Fill out the application, HR will contact you, interview will be scheduled, the position will then be offered to you. You will go to the corporate offices for drug screens and background checks. You will then undergo a week paid training at the corporate office and additional training when you get to your facility.

      Case Manager Interview

      30 Nov 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alvis in Mar 2011

      Interview

I emailed my resume and cover letter- a week later I was called for an interview. The interview was with two HR reps and one unit supervisor. The unit supervisor wanted to hire me on the spot but one of the HR reps told her she had to wait. This was all said in front of me. After the interview is a 1 week training course. The training is done by several people based on the topic.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Typical questions- a lot o scenario based questions on how you would handle a situation. If a resident/client gave you money to look the other way what would you do? If a resident/client asked you to help contact his girlfriend that had a restraining order against him, what would you do? The best advice I can give is tell the interviewers you will tell on anyone breaking the rules and you will not accept favors or money from the clients under any circumstance.
