Prior to the interview i emailed the recruitment team with questions which were not answered, which is interesting as during the interview they empathised the need for communication with different stakeholders. The interview itself consisted primarily of basic HR-related questions, which were straightforward to answer. However, both interviewers appeared somewhat disengaged and gave the impression that they did not particularly want to be there, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming and somewhat off-putting. As a result, it was difficult to build rapport and fully engage in the conversation. I also emailed requesting feedback after the interview which was not provided.
